22-09-2009::CS reported for duty today.

CS along with CT Com Suresh Kumar met GM Admn and discussed the following issues.

(1) Rule 8 transfer of JTOs:: CS strongly protested against the delay and abeyance of the approved list of rule 8 transfers. GM Admn assured that the abeyance order will be withdrawn immediately and the process of transfer will continued. (2) Modification of JTO request transfers incoming to BG TD: GM admn clarified that due implementation of restructuring of SSA/Circle sections as per CO orders and due to new requirement this has been done. It is as per the administrative requirement. (3) Considering request transfers of DEs ( Com Kanulkar and Com Narayan): GM admn assured positive aqction in the matter.(4) Forwarding of Missing CRs for Adhoc DE regularisations: CO office has already taken action and sent reply to corporate office.(5) JTO to SDE Officiating orders:: The CRs have been received from the field units and action is being taken to hold DPC . (6) Manhandling of executive in Kolar:: SNEA has expressed its strong protest against the manhandling incident at Kolar and sought for immediate action in the matter.

On 17-9-2009 Comrades S B Nagavi CS, Sureshkumar CT, Aithal AS, Hiremugdur DS BGTD and Ganeshan DT BGTD have visited Kolar SSA and attended the Branch Meeting and formed new branch and the following members have been elected as the office bearers for the year 09-10.

Circle organisation wishes them all the sucess.. The Circle organisation also met GM Kolar and discussed the development issues and relieving of SDEs on request transfer. We have strongly protested on the delay in taking action on official involved in the manhandling of JTO. GM told us that the inquiry is in progress.

The District Conference of Shimoga SSA was held on 06-09-2009 at Graduate Co-op Society meeting Hall with a huge gathering of more than 80 members. The session commenced from morning 0900 hours with the open session from 1100 hours to 1400 hours. Respected GM Shimoga Shri S Radhakrishnan addressed the gathering for more than one hour and presented his views on service matters as well as the need of better work culture and the quality of service to be extended to the customers in the tough competation. Circle Secreatry Com S B Nagavi attended the conference and addressed in the open session and explained the vision of SNEA and its role in service matters and the role of SNEA comrades to improve the martket share and sale of our products. Com Rajashekar DS SMO presented his key note address and the role played by our members in Shimoga in the development of the district. The open session was also addressed by Com Basavaraj DS BSNLEU.

In the afternoon session CS explained all the activities of CHQ/Circle and answered all the querries of members.

Com S B Kopp SDE MS Dev, Com H C Krishnamurthy AO CMTS and Com Shivaram JTO were elected unanimously as the District President, District Secretary and District Treasurer respectively for the year 2009-2010.

Finally Rule 8 transfer list announced..!!!!!!....... Our prolonged persuation with the administration have yielded fruits despite accute shortage of JTOs in Karnatak Circle.
